Blame Jill Officer for that snowstorm

Jill Officer stepped in to give the weather on the local Global station and predicted a major snowstorm, freezing rain, locusts. . . . the whole nine yards. Actually, she was pretty smooth in telling all the folks in Winkler and Churchill that they'll be freezing their butts off.
